Lockheed Martin - Sr. Application Analyst
June, 1998 - December 2004
At Lockheed Martin, I held a variety of positions during my six-and-a-half years there. I entered as a member of the Engineering Leadership Development Program and upon completing my four rotations across various areas of the company, I accepted a job with the Integrated Development Environment team (IDE). The IDE team was tasked with building a Java collaboration tool based on an existing purchased product. For the last 3 years at Lockheed Martin, I was a Senior Application Analyst for the Business Applications group where I lead a number of projects and performed every part of the software development lifecycle from requirements gathering through development to test and delivery. Specific responsibilities included:
- Lead analyst for the development of a ColdFusion based system allowing for a contracting organization within Lockheed Martin to track contractual modifications/purchases on the AEGIS Weapon System (AWS) from the various remote locations used in its manufacturing.
- Lead analyst in the implementation of a SAP based portal for the Moorestown, NJ, based business unit which integrated systems using ColdFusion and Java and mainframe based.
- Lead analyst and developer of Flash/ASP .NET web services system for tracking program financial and status across all Lockheed Martin MS2-Moorestown engineering projects.
- Chaired the Business Applications Standard Committee which centralized and defined database, design, and coding standards across the Moorestown business unit
- Lead developer on a ColdFusion/Fusebox system which tracked Information Technology requests through the prioritization and budgeting process, allowing for feedback and active comparisons of tasks across all organizations
- Graduate of the Engineering Leadership Development Program
- Worked in various rotational programs while in ELDP covering Systems Engineering, Software Engineering and Program Management
